Delete your account.

Request deletion of your Steerable account and the personal data associated with it. You can start here even if you’ve uninstalled the app.

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Steerable account”. No reason is required.

Request account deletion

Opens your email app. You can also write directly to [email protected].

Send the email to submit your request. Your account is not deleted immediately. Never send passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes or API keys.

What happens next

Verify the account. Support may ask for limited information to confirm that the account is yours. If you cannot use the account email, explain that in your request.
Confirm the scope and timing. The request covers your account, saved device registrations, pairings, sign-in sessions and associated personal data. Support will confirm the expected completion date and any records that must be retained. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
Receive confirmation. Keep the request open until support confirms completion. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your cloud account.

What deletion means

Once deletion is complete, you lose access through that account and its saved device relationships. It cannot be restored as an active account. Limited billing, legal or security records may need to remain, including copies awaiting backup expiry. We will explain any retained data, its purpose and the applicable retention period in our response.

If you have an active trial or paid Steerable subscription, mention it in the request so support can address future billing. You can also cancel through the subscription-management option supplied with your purchase. Deletion does not automatically refund prior charges; our cancellation and refund terms apply.

Your computer and other services

Deleting a Steerable account does not erase files on your Mac or phone, remove local app settings, or close accounts with AI providers. Export anything you need, end remote sessions, and disconnect providers on your Mac before removing the app. Manage local credentials and saved data separately.

A connected provider may retain its own task history under its policy. Contact that provider to delete its records or cancel its subscription. Removing Steerable does not stop an independently running agent.

Only want certain data removed?

You can use the same email address to request removal of a website enquiry or an earlier waitlist signup, or ask about particular account records. Describe which data you mean; you do not have to request full account deletion to contact us about your privacy.
